There is growing evidence that a connection with nature makes us healthier and happier. Getting out in nature is also good fun! Walking, cycling or even swimming outdoors; just being somewhere special makes us feel more connected and can improve our health and wellbeing.
Maybe you prefer a more meditative approach - sat on top of a tor admiring the views, bird watching or stargazing. We can all benefit by appreciating the wild beauty of what’s around us.
